About

FPC is a UK-based pan-European investor, developer and asset manager focused on real estate, critical infrastructure and community infrastructure.

We invest exclusively through our flagship fund, FPC Income & Growth.

For over fifteen years, we have generated market leading returns by identifying sectors that are fragmented, emerging, recovering, scalable and often too granular for institutional capital - powered land for renewables, roadside & convenience retail, data centres - and built platforms to maximise value for us and our co-investors.

We invest only when we can add value, either crystallising and re-investing it or creating and aggregating sustainable, long-term index-linked income underpinned by strong tenants and substantial tenant investment.

Our strategies

What con­nects a grid con­nec­tion, a road­side service area, a con­veni­ence store and a drive-thru res­taur­ant or coffee shop is not the sector. It is the same dis­cip­line: to enter a niche market early, where com­plex­ity, frag­ment­a­tion, scale or expert­ise limits com­pet­i­tion and deters insti­tu­tional capital; aggreg­ate at an attract­ive risk-adjus­ted return; create or partner with a spe­cial­ist oper­at­ing partner; insti­tu­tion­al­ise the income and bring in capital at scale once the plat­form creates value beyond indi­vidual asset values.

We identify the strategy, secure seed acquis­i­tions, build the plat­form and the team, and take early-stage risk for com­men­sur­ate reward. We apply the same dis­cip­line to oppor­tun­istic real estate acquis­i­tions, buying where we see the poten­tial for income enhance­ment and capital growth, apply­ing active asset man­age­ment prin­ciples to augment value, and where pos­sible driving syn­er­gistic value with scale or by part­ner­ing.

Ben Lansman
Co-founder & CEO

Ben has over 15 years’ experience in real estate investment and development. He became Director of the FPC Group in 2014, founded Electric Land in 2015, and was promoted to Managing Director of the FPC Group in 2017.

Ben manages the businesses day to day activities, in-house and external teams and joint venture partners.

Co-founder & Chairman

Stephen is the Chairman of Electric Land and its parent, the Foundation Property & Capital Group, which he founded. He has over 35 years’ experience creating and guiding teams investing in and developing an unusually wide range of real estate assets.

Stephen is responsible for new business initiatives including expansion in the UK and overseas, new Joint Ventures and new capital raised and invested across the Group.

 Omer Fazal
Chief Investment Officer

Omer is Chief Investment Officer of Electric Land and a member of its Executive Committee. He joined in 2025 and was closely involved in forming the strategic partnership with Stonepeak. He leads strategy, investment decisions, financing and partnerships, and supports the firm’s continued expansion.

Omer has over 15 years’ experience across real estate and infrastructure, advising on more than £10 billion of M&A, capital raising and financing transactions. He was previously Managing Director and Head of Real Estate at Centrus, a director in CBRE’s real estate investment banking team, and held senior roles at National Grid and Deloitte. He holds a BSc in Mathematics & Economics from the London School of Economics.

Non-Executive Director

Michael founded City North Group in 1983 which floated on the main Stock Exchange in 1998 and was sold to Grainger plc in 2005 for £60 million. In 2010 Michael founded JMS Estates (IOM) Ltd as a specialist in Central London letting and development and this now has more than £110 million of gross assets.

Nell has over 14 years of experience in a wide variety of commercial property work, including acquisitions & disposals, landlord & tenant work, development schemes, urban regeneration and strategic development sites. ELP develops solar, wind, flexible generation and battery storage sites from land origination through grid connection and planning, taking projects to Ready-to-Build (RtB) and, selectively, through construction to Commercial Operation (COD).
