Residential Investment

We are committed to providing good quality, low cost housing within commuting distance of London. We either build to rent or buy standing assets in unbroken blocks and regard such assets as providing secure income with good prospects of real income and capital growth over the medium to long term.

Commercial Investment

We’ve been buying active management assets for ourselves since 2009 using our 30 years of experience in identifying and managing granular assets with planning, development and letting risk, that can be re-positioned to secure long-term index-linked income.
We have also been buying standing assets or forward funding developments with prime tenants on long-term index linked assets, principally convenience stores.


In 2011 we created a specialist development fund. Since then we have bought well over 40 development sites, principally convenience stores but increasingly mixed use including coffee shops, restaurants and residential. Very often we work with partners, most often with partner development managers, funding an un-conditional purchase with them running the project. Frequently we work closely with retailers too, particularly Co-op and Southern Co-op.

Little Chef

For 5 years we Asset Managed a 60 property sale & leaseback portfolio, following the 1st (and including a 2nd) pre-pack Administration of the Little Chef group with a “damage limitation” strategy. Assembling and managing a full team of advisors, we have managed a phased take-back of units as we have secured planning, sales and lettings of around 50 sites to date.
