    Acting again on behalf of our clients Origin Properties, and working with our associates at Ashwell Rogers, we have contracted to purchase 22 Baches Street, an 11,500 sq.ft. office investment securely let to British Transport Police plus residential ground rents.

  • Soho Sale

    Having secured planning consent for a change of use from offices to a 2,800 square foot house, we have completed the sale of 26 St Anne’s Court in Soho to Singaporean investors who will be undertaking the refurbishment.



  • Little Chef Portfolio Update

    We have concluded a further 5 lease re-gearings with Little Chef allowing them to continue roll out their improved format. Little Chef now trade from 46 of our sites across the UK.

  • Residential Refurbishment Acquisition in Soho

    We are pleased to have exchanged contracts to purchase 26 St Anne’s Court, W1, a vacant office building for which we will shortly submit a planning application for a change of use to residential – to create one of the very few houses in Soho.

    We were introduced to Liberty Human Rights by the Ethical Property Foundation to create a strategy to take them from their outdated building into larger, modern office space. It was 2008 and the market was at its most over-heated.
