    Foundation’s Leinster Terrace managed fund has contracted to purchase a site at 150 Aldershot Road, Fleet for £425,000. Planning is being submitted for the development of a 4,000 sf foodstore and a 5 bedroom detached house.

    Foundation’s Leinster Terrace managed fund has completed the purchase of The Windmill former public house in Alton, Hampshire. The 4,800 sf Ground floor will be let as a foodstore following the building’s refurbishment. Planning applications are immediately being submitted for the development of 4 detached houses and 2 flats.

    On behalf of our clients Soho Housing Association, we have secured the purchase of a retail and residential investment at 35 Whitehall for £3.6m. We were assisted by Ashwell Rogers and the vendors were adsvised by our old friend Tim Kourides and his team at TK Retail.
